Chromedome was momentarily shocked as Rewind was seized by pain.

“Rewind, are you okay? Was that- does that mean your brother is in pain too? Is he in danger? Can you tell where he is, exactly?” 

“He’s fine.” A pause. “Well, as fine as anyone can be after being forcibly ripped from a security system.”

He placed a hand on his chassis, a small habit he had adapted when he accessed their twin bond, and ran a quick scan over Eject’s system. He was relieved to find that his brother was relatively calm and had no further injuries other than an aching processor and a down Comm system.

He sent a small comforting pulse through their bond before withdrawing.

He crossed his arms, visor glowing as he plotted their next course of action, “Eject’s not that far away. I guess we can try and regroup with him and figure things out from there.”

He glanced behind his shoulder at Chromedome, his finger tapping his faceplate, thoughtfully, “In the meanwhile, we should try and keep a low profile until we can find out more information about this Earth and whether or not these humans have come in contact with our people.”

To first they had to find a disguise to not raise any awareness, then they had to find Eject, who wasn’t that far away and then they had to find a way back to the Lo- no better not, Overlord was still in that universe last time he checked and it was still possible that they’ve landed in another universe, far away from the menace.

“So we’ve got to find a disguise,” he looked around, there was no vehicle that he could scan and scanning without a physical template wasn’t possible “any idea where we could find one? I could try and transform, but I’m not sure if my alt-mode would raise any awareness.”

“And about your alt-mode, I’m not sure if giant memory-sticks are so common on this planet. Everything here seems to be kind of small…”
